Sparky is not a licensed engineer, a certified safety officer, or a legal advisor. Nothing generated by Sparky constitutes professional engineering advice, legal counsel, or a guarantee of code compliance.

The licensed professional on site is solely responsible for crew safety, code compliance, and the accuracy of all safety plans. JSAs, toolbox talks, near miss reports, and all other documents generated by Sparky are planning aids only. You must review, verify, and approve all generated content before use.
Sparky does not replace required permits, inspections, or professional judgment. Site conditions vary. Code citations may not apply to every situation. Always verify citations against the current adopted edition for your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring all crew members understand their rights and responsibilities under applicable safety regulations regardless of what any Sparky-generated document says.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Field LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sparky or any documents generated by Sparky. This includes but is not limited to workplace injuries, OSHA citations, property damage, or project delays.
Sparky is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information.
Sparky is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is listed on sparkyfield.com. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at Elijah@sparkyfield.com. No refunds are issued for partial months.
A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
You agree to use Sparky only for lawful purposes and in connection with legitimate electrical contracting and safety work. You may not share your account credentials, resell access to Sparky, or use Sparky to generate fraudulent safety documentation.
We collect the information you provide when creating an account — your email, handle, state, and trade. We use this information solely to provide and improve Sparky. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Feedback you submit through the app is sent to Sentinel Field LLC and may be used to improve the product.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address on your account. Continued use of Sparky after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berrien County, Michigan.
